Description
This tall 11oz drinking vessel was wheel thrown with a red clay body and coated in a thick layer of Georgie’s “Buckwheat” cone 6 glaze, leaving the piece with a slightly speckled, creamy, semi-glossy finish.
Note the small pin-holes on the exterior near the bottom of the glaze coating.
Thrown thin and lightweight, this cup will make a lovely addition to your drink-ware collection.
Handle with care. All pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe, but you may want to wash it by hand.
For your safety, this glaze is certified as food-grade and non-toxic.

This was a fabulous addition to my collection. The cup feels quite sturdy yet the rim is thin and the base solid. This cup holds a perfect amount of liquid for what I typically desire.
The blue speckling throughout the piece along with the red dark rim and unglazed red bottom create a stunning contrast, I couldn’t be more content with the craftsmanship and quality. 10/10 would recommend.
