Combined white, black, red, tan, and orange clay bodies each contribute to a stunning unique marbled pattern achieved from the careful orchestration of the 5 different clays simultaneously on the potter’s wheel. The interior of the bowl is finished with a food-safe, non-toxic clear glossy glaze that ensures functionality and durability while accentuating the marbled design and altering the brighter colors to be more muted and earth-toned. The unglazed exterior showcases the unaltered clays’ vibrant colors and slightly-rough texture.
Its’ sturdy, yet lightweight design ensures it is both practical and stunning. Ideal for both functional use and decorative display, this bowl is as practical as it is beautiful.
